SubSense

Effective July 28, 2026

Terms of use

These terms describe the boundaries of the SubSense service and the responsibilities that come with using subscription intelligence.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using SubSense, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What SubSense provides

SubSense organizes user-provided and explicitly connected records to help identify subscriptions, renewals, price changes, anomalies, and possible savings. Results are estimates based on available evidence and may be incomplete or incorrect.

SubSense is not a bank, payment service, investment adviser, credit provider, accountant, or legal adviser. It does not guarantee savings, successful cancellation, provider refunds, or uninterrupted service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your login and device, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Connected sources

You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Provider availability and record freshness depend on third parties. Connections can be delayed, interrupted, changed, or withdrawn by a provider. You remain responsible for verifying information directly with the relevant merchant or financial institution.

5. Cancellations and financial decisions

A cancellation guide, reminder, or recommendation is informational. Unless the app expressly confirms a supported provider action and presents evidence, you must complete and verify changes directly with the provider. Review renewal dates, final charges, notice periods, and confirmation messages yourself.

6. Acceptable use

7. Availability and changes

Features may change as providers, laws, and security requirements evolve. SubSense may suspend a feature or account to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the service. Reasonable notice will be provided where practical.

8. Intellectual property

SubSense and its original software, visual design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in the records and content you provide and grant the limited permission needed to process them for the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete provider coverage, or error-free predictions. SubSense is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an estimate, delayed provider data, or an action you did not verify. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Ending use

You may stop using SubSense and delete your account from the app. Provisions that logically survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and lawful retention, continue to apply.

11. Governing rules and contact

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern these terms. Questions or disputes should first be raised through the official Support page so they can be investigated and resolved directly.
