SubSense

Effective July 28, 2026

Support

Start with the secure in-app path so your account and workspace context remain protected. These steps cover the most common issues.

Get help safely

  1. Open SubSense and go to Profile.
  2. Select Help and support.
  3. Describe the issue without including passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, or bank credentials.
  4. Include the affected provider, approximate time, and visible error code when available.

Account access

Use Forgot password on the login screen for a reset link. Email confirmation and reset links can expire or be rate limited. Wait before retrying repeated requests and check spam or filtered folders. SubSense support will never ask for your password or OTP.

Imports and connected sources

Confirm the source is shown as connected and check its latest sync time. Provider records can take time to become available. Detected subscriptions remain candidates until you review them. Disconnect and reconnect only when the app specifically reports that reauthentication is required.

Renewals and cancellations

Always confirm the final billing date and cancellation status with the provider. Save the provider confirmation or reference number in SubSense. A reminder or guide is not proof that a provider completed the request.

Privacy and deletion requests

Open Profile, Security and privacy, then Delete account and cloud data. This is the fastest authenticated route. If you cannot access the account, begin from the in-app Help Center after restoring access, or use this official support URL in your store support request.

Service status

Provider availability is shown honestly inside the app. Sources that are awaiting production approval remain disabled. SubSense does not substitute demo records when a live connection is unavailable.
